Whenever possible, we recommend rescheduling instead of skipping. Rescheduling helps keep your home easier to maintain and supports a consistent schedule for your technician.
We understand that sometimes schedules change! If you need to skip your upcoming cleaning, you can submit your request below.
Want to avoid the skip adjustment? If you’re able to reschedule your cleaning within the same week instead of skipping, let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.
Skipping a cleaning may require additional time on your next visit to bring your home back to its regular maintenance level. Rescheduling to a future week or skipping a cleaning may result in a fee, based on service frequency.
Scheduling Guidelines:
We do our best to stay flexible while keeping our schedule running smoothly for all clients.
Please keep the following in mind:
- After a reschedule, your service will return to your original recurring day.
- The new date is temporary and does not replace your regular schedule.
- Monday appointments must be rescheduled by Friday at 9:00 AM.
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation to avoid a 50% fee.
- Same-day cancellations, lock-outs, or lack of access will be charged the full service fee.
